Product Owner II
Accountabilities: In this role, you will own the Salesforce product backlog and drive delivery across enhancements, stabilization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Own and prioritize the Salesforce backlog to maximize business value and ensure alignment with strategic and operational needs
Act as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce, coordinating between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized development work
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement sessions, demos, and retrospectives
Support post-launch stabilization by managing defects, enhancements, and user feedback resolution
Balance BAU (business-as-usual) requests with roadmap initiatives and platform improvement work
Collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and architects to ensure high-quality Salesforce delivery
Drive continuous improvement through workflow optimization, automation opportunities, and process redesign
Monitor delivery performance, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback to guide backlog evolution
Contribute to governance, release planning, and long-term sustainability of the Salesforce platform
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Owner with strong Salesforce expertise and a proven ability to manage complex delivery environments.
5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Delivery, or Business Systems roles
3+ years of hands-on experience delivering and managing Salesforce solutions
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, approvals), reporting, dashboards, and integrations
Proven ability to manage both BAU operations and strategic roadmap delivery simultaneously
Strong Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban) in fast-paced delivery environments
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
Ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
