Product Manager - AI Neobank App

Accountabilities: Own and drive the roadmap for one or more product domains, including insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.

Define customer problems, product vision, feature scope, success metrics, and launch strategies aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.

Translate complex financial products and processes into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly customer journeys.

Use customer feedback, analytics, research, and production insights to prioritize improvements and guide product decisions.

Launch new features, monitor product performance, and continuously iterate based on measurable outcomes.

Balance user experience, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, operational complexity, and business impact when making product decisions.

Requirements:

Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, product operator, growth specialist, or in a similar product-focused role.

Strong product thinking with the ability to simplify complex workflows and solve user problems effectively.

Proven ability to work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver successful digital products.

Experience using metrics, experimentation, customer feedback, and post-launch analysis to drive product improvements.

Excellent communication, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make decisions and deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Experience in fintech, digital banking, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or other high-growth technology sectors is highly desirable.

Professional English communication skills for collaboration in a global environment.
