Accountabilities: Lead continuous product discovery by conducting user interviews, identifying opportunities, and validating product assumptions. Plan and execute moderated usability tests, both remotely and in person, to evaluate user experience and improve product solutions. Design user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma. Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and support backlog refinement. Analyze qualitative research findings and quantitative product metrics to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. Facilitate workshops, design sprints, ideation sessions, and co-creation activities with cross-functional stakeholders. Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline UX research, generate insights, support ideation, and optimize design documentation and workflows. Ensure consistency across products by following design systems, accessibility standards, and UX/UI best practices. Partner closely with business stakeholders to align design solutions with customer needs and strategic objectives. Support product decisions through continuous user research, behavioral analysis, and iterative validation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar product design role. Strong expertise in Figma, including prototyping, UI design, components, and design systems. Experience using Maze for usability testing and hypothesis validation. Solid background in UX Research, including user interviews, usability testing, and research analysis. Experience creating medium- and high-fidelity prototypes for digital products. Knowledge of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and data-informed design practices. Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to support UX research, insight generation, ideation, and documentation. Experience facilitating workshops, collaborative design sessions, and design sprints. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic product mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams across product, technology, and business functions.
