Accountabilities: The Outcomes Success Analyst will support healthcare partners by analyzing operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping teams achieve measurable results. This role combines analytical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic problem-solving to support successful adoption and impact of technology-driven solutions.

Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop insights and recommendations that help healthcare teams optimize workflows and achieve targeted outcomes.

Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand goals, measure progress, and drive continuous improvement.

Track key performance indicators and create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate impact effectively.

Support customer success initiatives by monitoring adoption, engagement, and operational effectiveness.

Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for healthcare leaders and operational teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve challenges, and support successful implementation strategies.

Assist in identifying best practices and scalable approaches to improve healthcare operations.

Contribute to ongoing improvements in analytics methodologies, reporting frameworks, and success measurement processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an analytical and collaborative professional with experience using data to solve business problems and improve operational performance. They should be comfortable working with healthcare stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in analytics, business operations, customer success, healthcare operations, consulting, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful insights.

Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analyses using data-driven methodologies.

Ability to translate business challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

Interest in healthcare technology, operational improvement, and using data to create positive impact.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a distributed team environment.
