Accountabilities:
Develop and deliver high-quality mobile features across Android, iOS, or cross-platform environments based on your technical expertise.
Build seamless user experiences covering onboarding, payments, transfers, accounts, cards, rewards, travel services, foreign exchange functionalities, and AI-assisted features.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams to transform business requirements into customer-facing mobile solutions.
Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from product ideation and implementation to release management and post-launch improvements.
Monitor application performance through analytics, production feedback, crash reports, and user behavior insights to continuously enhance product quality.
Ensure high standards of mobile performance, reliability, scalability, and usability.
Contribute to improving development practices, mobile architecture, and user experience standards across the platform.
Troubleshoot production issues and proactively address edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and reliability concerns.
Requirements
Strong experience in mobile application development for Android, iOS, or both platforms.
Proven track record of shipping production-grade mobile applications used by real customers.
Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, APIs, debugging, release management, and production support.
Strong product mindset with excellent attention to user experience, usability, and edge cases.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated experience showcasing shipped products through app store links, GitHub repositories, portfolios, or project case studies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
Passion for building innovative products and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Experience in financial technology, AI-powered applications, or large-scale consumer products is considered an advantage.
