Medical Subject Matter Expert (AI Training & Documentation)

Accountabilities: In this role, you will be responsible for producing and curating high-quality medical documentation to support AI training and evaluation.

Create original, self-authored medical documents including clinical reports, case studies, research papers, and technical healthcare content

Ensure submitted materials demonstrate strong clinical depth, accuracy, and real-world medical expertise

Contribute structured and multimodal content including text, tables, charts, diagrams, and figures where applicable

De-identify all patient-related or confidential information while preserving educational and analytical value

Curate diverse documentation sets (typically 10–100 pages) for varied AI training use cases

Provide clarifications, annotations, and context where required to support data usability

Collaborate remotely with project teams to continuously improve medical AI training datasets

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a qualified medical professional with strong experience in clinical documentation and healthcare communication.

Advanced degree or certification in Medicine, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or related field (MD, DO, MBBS, RN, PhD, or equivalent)

Proven experience creating clinical documentation such as reports, case studies, research manuscripts, or medical records

Strong understanding of medical standards, terminology, and patient confidentiality protocols

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex medical concepts

Experience producing structured medical content including tables, charts, and visual data representations

Ability to provide original, portfolio-based medical documentation for training purposes

Background in clinical practice, healthcare research, academia, or medical writing is highly desirable

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ethical responsibility in handling medical information

Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
