Manager Consulting I

Accountabilities: The role is responsible for managing consulting and integration activities, ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and successful delivery of customer-focused solutions. Key responsibilities include:

Lead and manage consulting teams responsible for delivering technology services and integration solutions.

Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring projects are delivered according to quality, cost, and timeline expectations.

Manage employee performance, provide coaching, and support professional development initiatives.

Guide teams in resolving complex business and technical challenges through structured problem-solving approaches.

Plan workforce capacity, skills development, and resource allocation to support business objectives.

Drive process improvements and recommend changes aligned with business strategies and operational goals.

Monitor program performance, budgets, and delivery outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support recruitment activities and contribute to building a high-performing consulting organization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong consulting leadership experience, business planning knowledge, and the ability to manage teams in a technology services environment. Required qualifications and skills include:

Demonstrated experience managing consulting, systems integration, or technology service delivery activities.

Strong understanding of business planning methods, operational management, and workforce planning.

Experience with project and program planning, assessment, execution, and financial management.

Knowledge of customer service excellence practices, performance management, and escalation resolution processes.

Experience leading and developing teams of individual contributors and/or supervisors.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to quality and delivery objectives.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze business challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.
