Accountabilities: The Manager, Analytics Platforms will lead the ownership and optimization of enterprise analytics and marketing technology platforms, creating reliable systems, governance frameworks, and enablement programs that help teams operate effectively. Key responsibilities include: Own the technical architecture, configuration standards, and governance model for assigned analytics or marketing platforms. Define best practices for platform integrations, maintenance processes, data structures, access controls, and operational workflows. Create and maintain governance documentation, including implementation standards, naming conventions, schemas, and platform guidelines. Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to integrate platforms into the broader technology ecosystem. Develop onboarding materials, documentation, and training resources to help teams confidently use platforms. Monitor platform health through data quality, reliability, latency, adoption, and performance metrics. Act as a subject matter expert for platform-related escalations, troubleshooting, and technical decisions. Manage vendor relationships, including renewals, licensing, roadmap discussions, feature evaluations, and service expectations. Identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, reduce technical debt, and support future scalability. Drive adoption of platform standards across teams through influence, collaboration, and strong communication. Support platform-specific initiatives such as customer data governance, tag management, experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and related integrations. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing enterprise analytics platforms, technical governance, and cross-functional technology initiatives. They should combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and the ability to influence teams without direct authority. Required qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of experience in MarTech, analytics engineering, growth engineering, platform management, or related fields. Demonstrated experience owning or administering enterprise-grade platforms such as Customer Data Platforms, Tag Management systems, Experimentation platforms, Feature Flag solutions, or Partner Attribution tools. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Segment, mParticle, RudderStack, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch, Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, PartnerStack, Impact, or Everflow. Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including data collection, instrumentation, transformation, warehousing, and downstream consumption. Experience creating governance standards, technical documentation, and implementation guidelines. Proven ability to drive adoption and alignment across Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Marketing stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to balance technical complexity and business priorities. Comfortable managing ambiguous projects independently in a fast-moving environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Experience in fintech, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus. Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, Salesforce, or similar technologies is preferred. Experience managing vendors, contracts, licensing, SLAs, or large-scale platform migrations is advantageous.
