Accountabilities:
In this role, you will oversee enterprise IT risk management activities while ensuring strong governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Manage the enterprise IT risk register and oversee the full risk lifecycle from identification to remediation
Identify, assess, monitor, and report on technology and operational risks across the organization
Coordinate IT governance activities and ensure alignment across cybersecurity, audit, compliance, and business teams
Track risk mitigation actions and ensure timely remediation of identified issues
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports using Power BI
Build and optimize Power BI data models, dashboards, and DAX calculations for risk reporting
Support governance committees through structured reporting and leadership presentations
Maintain GRC documentation and ensure accurate use of risk management platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen IT governance, compliance, and enterprise risk frameworks
Contribute to continuous improvement of risk processes, controls, and reporting standards
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT risk, governance, and compliance within enterprise environments, combined with advanced reporting and analytical capabilities.
5+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, IT Governance, or GRC within large enterprise environments
3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risk mitigation initiatives
Proven ability to prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and governance committee materials
Strong understanding of IT risk frameworks, risk registers, KRIs, and governance structures
Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud environments, data management, and IT operations
Experience with GRC tools such as ServiceNow IRM, SharePoint, AgilePlace, or Planview is an asset
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in regulated, complex enterprise environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical risk into business insights
