Accountabilities:
As an IT Operations Analyst, you will support daily technology operations by monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and helping maintain a stable and efficient IT environment. You will work closely with internal teams to identify issues, improve processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify potential issues and ensure operational stability.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical incidents, coordinating with relevant teams to restore services quickly.
Support incident, problem, and change management processes according to established procedures.
Perform root cause analysis and contribute to preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Assist with system updates, deployments, and operational activities while minimizing business disruption.
Track service performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow security, compliance, and operational standards to protect business systems and data.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in IT operations, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative technology environment. You should be comfortable managing priorities, resolving technical challenges, and supporting users and systems in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience working in IT operations, technical support, systems administration, or a similar technology role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, operating systems, networks, and enterprise applications.
Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and service management processes.
Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and IT service management practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a global team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
