Accountabilities: The Insights Analyst will play a key role in analyzing healthcare data, developing reporting solutions, and translating complex information into actionable business insights. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, collaboration across teams, and the ability to support data-driven decision-making in a healthcare environment.

Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and insights that support business outcomes and improved healthcare delivery.

Partner with teams across product, marketing, operations, and engineering to understand business needs and develop effective analytical solutions.

Design and implement analytics methodologies using statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and machine learning approaches to generate meaningful insights.

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate key metrics clearly to internal stakeholders.

Promote data literacy and encourage the adoption of analytics-driven decision-making across the organization.

Leverage emerging technologies and analytics best practices to continuously improve insight generation capabilities.

Apply responsible data practices while ensuring privacy, security, and compliance requirements are maintained, especially within healthcare-related analytics.

Support strategic projects by translating business questions into analytical frameworks and delivering clear recommendations.

Manage and protect sensitive company and member data by following ethical standards, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong data analytics expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, including healthcare industry experience.

At least 2 years of experience working in an analyst position with exposure to healthcare data environments.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Experience analyzing healthcare claims data and working with clinical, operational, or financial datasets.

Experience using generative AI tools to support data analysis, coding, workflow automation, and insight development while applying responsible AI practices.

Ability to transform complex datasets into clear, compelling insights that support strategic business decisions.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create structure, operate independently, and manage ambiguity.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Knowledge of healthcare industry practices, including data governance, compliance requirements, and regulations such as HIPAA.

Experience with statistical analysis methods and machine learning techniques is preferred.

Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and commitment to ethical data management.
