Inside Sales Representative (Voice)
Accountabilities: As an Inside Sales Representative focused on Voice solutions, you will help service professionals understand the value of improving their customer communication processes. You will use a consultative sales approach to identify needs, demonstrate solutions, and build trusted relationships while contributing to business growth.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospect engagement, discovery conversations, product demonstrations, follow-up, and closing opportunities.
Use a customer-focused selling approach to understand business challenges and recommend solutions that improve communication efficiency.
Increase adoption of voice communication solutions by helping customers recognize the impact of missed calls and disconnected experiences.
Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, trust, and a deep understanding of their operational needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement strategies and drive account growth.
Maintain consistent sales activity through calls, demos, and outreach efforts while meeting performance goals.
Stay informed on product updates and technology developments to effectively communicate value to customers.
Leverage AI tools and sales technologies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers succeed. You should be comfortable managing customer conversations, identifying needs, and presenting solutions in a fast-paced environment.
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, account management, or retention-focused role.
Experience with consultative selling and guiding customers through purchasing decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external relationships.
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is strongly preferred.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable business results.
Experience using AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency and work quality is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
