Accountabilities: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and supporting revenue growth through strategic customer engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, relationship building, and solution selling while maintaining accurate sales processes and pipeline visibility. Identify and engage new prospects through outbound campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and targeted lead generation activities. Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract completion. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects within assigned markets or customer segments. Schedule and conduct sales meetings with prospective customers while understanding their business challenges and security requirements. Develop strong relationships with customer contacts and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey. Maintain expert knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive positioning to effectively communicate value. Use CRM tools to track opportunities, update account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting information. Support proposal development and coordinate with internal teams to move opportunities forward. Participate in sales training, role-play exercises, and collaborative activities to continuously improve sales performance. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a motivated software sales professional with a proven ability to generate pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and exceed revenue goals. Strong communication skills, organization, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role. 2+ years of software sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Proven experience selling software solutions to IT organizations or business customers. Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Experience delivering product demonstrations through web conferencing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships remotely. Positive, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative sales team. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related technology industries is highly desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and customer relationship management tools is preferred.
