iCIMS Integrations Developer
Accountabilities: The iCIMS Integrations Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting iCIMS solutions while ensuring seamless integrations and reliable platform performance. Key responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the iCIMS platform based on business requirements.
Building and maintaining integrations between iCIMS and external HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management platforms.
Developing and managing API-based integrations using REST and SOAP services.
Customizing workflows, forms, templates, and platform configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborating with HR teams, IT stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues to ensure system stability and minimize disruptions.
Providing technical support, guidance, and best practices to users and team members.
Monitoring iCIMS product updates and implementing improvements based on new features and platform capabilities.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and developed solutions.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment technology processes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced iCIMS developer with strong integration skills and the ability to deliver reliable HR technology solutions. Required qualifications and skills include:
2+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing solutions on the iCIMS platform.
Strong experience integrating iCIMS with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for integrations, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of iCIMS architecture, configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL for data manipulation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and XML.
Experience working with HRIS platforms and enterprise system integrations is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
iCIMS certification or equivalent platform expertise is an advantage.
Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance standards within HR technology environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
