Accountabilities:
The AI Evaluation Specialist will use their professional expertise in forensic auditing, finance, and risk-related disciplines to review, assess, and improve AI-generated outputs. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
Create and review finance-related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks used for AI training and evaluation.
Evaluate AI-generated responses for financial accuracy, reasoning quality, compliance, and business relevance.
Apply subject matter expertise to improve AI model performance and understanding of finance-related concepts.
Review financial analyses, calculations, assumptions, recommendations, and audit-related outputs.
Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement in AI responses.
Provide structured feedback and quality assessments to support model refinement.
Collaborate with project teams to maintain high-quality deliverables and meet project objectives.
Complete assignments according to established timelines, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
Participate in project-specific assessments or trial tasks when required for assignment qualification.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have professional experience in finance, auditing, insurance, compliance, risk management, or related analytical fields. Candidates should demonstrate strong reasoning abilities, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to independently evaluate complex business information.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in one or more relevant areas, including forensic auditing, forensic accounting, fraud investigations, financial investigations, internal controls, audit procedures, or regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess complex financial concepts.
Excellent written English communication skills and ability to clearly explain reasoning.
Experience reviewing financial reports, analytical content, research, or technical documentation.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate evaluations.
Preferred qualifications include:
CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate status.
Additional credentials such as ACCA, ACA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, CIA, CISA, or JD.
Experience in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, or quantitative research.
Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, data annotation, or AI model evaluation projects.
