Accountabilities: The role focuses on executing infrastructure remediation activities, improving security posture, and ensuring the reliability of enterprise environments. The professional will collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions, validate changes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Execute vulnerability remediation activities across Windows and Linux environments, applying security patches, updates, and infrastructure improvements. Perform system hardening according to corporate security standards and recommended practices. Manage maintenance windows, ensuring controlled execution of infrastructure updates. Conduct advanced troubleshooting after patching activities and perform rollback procedures when required. Validate system services and application availability after updates and remediation actions. Support technical validations, testing processes, and infrastructure homologation activities. Document execution evidence, procedures, and remediation results. Collaborate with vulnerability management teams to prioritize and resolve security findings. Support emergency remediation activities in critical environments. Requirements: The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise infrastructure administration, security remediation, and operational support. This role requires technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in complex environments. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Administration. Advanced knowledge of Linux Enterprise administration. Strong experience managing Windows Server environments. Experience with Active Directory administration. Knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtualization technologies. Experience with WSUS, MECM/SCCM, or Intune. Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting. Hands-on experience with Patch Management processes. Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience supporting critical environments. Ability to apply security patches, perform hardening activities, and manage infrastructure updates. Familiarity with security standards, documentation practices, and operational procedures. Professional certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE, Microsoft certifications, or VMware VCP are considered a plus. Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform is a differentiator.
