Dot Net Developer
Accountabilities: The Dot Net Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a custom FHIR server solution using .NET technologies while ensuring scalability, security, and ease of maintenance. Key responsibilities include:
Developing a custom FHIR server using C# and .NET based on specific technical and business requirements.
Designing and implementing secure API access mechanisms using custom authentication and access token management.
Building flexible data models with dynamic schemas and extensions without requiring frequent code changes.
Developing custom validation frameworks and complex business rule engines to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Implementing storage solutions using NoSQL databases with JSON document-based data structures.
Designing additional custom summary objects alongside original FHIR resources to enhance system functionality.
Creating clean, simple, and maintainable code structures while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
Ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of the FHIR server architecture.
Collaborating with technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective healthcare data solutions.
Applying best practices for backend development, API design, and software maintainability.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced .NET developer with specific expertise in developing FHIR server solutions and healthcare interoperability systems. Required qualifications and skills include:
Proven experience developing FHIR servers using .NET and C#.
Strong hands-on experience with backend application development and API architecture.
Experience implementing authentication mechanisms, access token management, and secure API integrations.
Knowledge of dynamic schema design, extensible data models, and flexible system architectures.
Experience working with NoSQL databases and JSON document storage approaches.
Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, particularly FHIR.
