Accountabilities: The Director of Growth Marketing & Analytics will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of growth initiatives designed to increase acquisition efficiency and business impact. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, performance optimization, analytics leadership, and operational execution. Develop and execute an end-to-end member acquisition strategy across paid media, organic search, lifecycle marketing, referral programs, and emerging growth channels. Lead performance marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and other digital acquisition platforms to maximize qualified growth and return on investment. Optimize conversion funnels through experimentation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, landing page improvements, and conversion rate optimization initiatives. Build and improve marketing measurement frameworks, attribution models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes to connect investments with measurable outcomes. Partner with analytics teams to ensure marketing data quality, accurate reporting, actionable insights, and effective decision-making. Collaborate with finance teams to develop forecasts, budget strategies, and investment models that support sustainable growth. Work closely with operational and product teams to align demand generation strategies with business capacity and customer needs. Manage external agency relationships supporting acquisition, analytics, SEO, and performance marketing programs. Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive research, experimentation, and emerging channel exploration. Translate complex marketing and business data into clear recommendations for executive stakeholders. Support the development of scalable marketing technology capabilities and operational processes. Maintain compliance with applicable privacy, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, and analytics, with a proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics. Demonstrated success managing large-scale marketing budgets and improving return on investment through optimization and experimentation. Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels, SEO, digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, and web analytics tools. Strong understanding of marketing attribution, forecasting, reporting, measurement frameworks, and performance analysis. Proven experience optimizing customer or member acquisition funnels using testing, segmentation, and data insights. Experience managing marketing technology platforms, agency partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate strategic recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive collaboration skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare, consumer technology, or high-growth services environments is preferred. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively in a remote environment. Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet access and appropriate connectivity.
