Accountabilities:
Lead the management of customer, partner, and vendor contracts throughout their full lifecycle, including negotiation, renewal, compliance tracking, and documentation.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and delivery teams to support contract strategy, reduce risks, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Review and analyze monthly financial performance, including P&L reporting, forecasts, budget-to-actual analysis, and operational metrics.
Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, reporting integrity, cost optimization, and revenue improvement opportunities.
Provide executive-level analysis, recommendations, and operational insights to support strategic planning and business decisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic partners while evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for increased value.
Ensure vendor and partner capabilities align with organizational objectives and operational priorities.
Improve business processes across delivery, sales, and back-office functions by implementing scalable frameworks, KPIs, and communication practices.
Support leadership teams with resource planning, operational coordination, and initiatives that enable continued growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
7+ years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, or related leadership roles, including at least 3 years within a professional services environment.
Proven expertise in contract management, financial reporting, revenue operations, and vendor or partner relationship management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience leading initiatives in remote-first or distributed team environments.
Background in technology, cybersecurity, consulting, or government-focused professional services is highly valued.
Familiarity with compliance-driven environments such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO frameworks, or similar standards is preferred.
