Requirements:

10+ years of experience in underwriting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or senior management role.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance underwriting practices, risk assessment, and market trends.
Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, portfolio management, and business performance optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strategic leadership style with a strong focus on coaching and developing people.
