Desenvolvedor Python Pleno

Accountabilities: The Desenvolvedor Python Pleno will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Python-based solutions, ensuring reliable deliveries and contributing to process optimization.

Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using Python with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and code quality.

Build and support desktop automation solutions to improve operational workflows.

Design, implement, and maintain API integrations, including REST API creation and consumption.

Apply software development best practices, ensuring clean, organized, and maintainable code.

Analyze technical challenges, identify solutions, and troubleshoot application issues.

Contribute to continuous improvements in existing systems, processes, and development practices.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective technology solutions.

Participate in technical discussions and support improvements throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has practical experience in Python development, automation, integrations, and software engineering fundamentals.

Professional experience developing solutions with Python.

Hands-on experience with desktop automation.

Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and integrating different systems.

Knowledge of software development best practices and code organization.

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems independently.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to prioritize tasks according to business needs.

Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus.

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications is considered a plus.
