Accountabilities: The Java Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and modernizing critical applications within a technology-focused environment. Develop, maintain, and improve critical systems using Java technologies.
Build scalable and reliable applications following software engineering best practices.
Work with Spring Framework and Spring Boot to create and enhance backend solutions.
Develop and integrate REST APIs to support business processes and system communication.
Contribute to frontend development activities using React when required.
Work with Oracle databases, ensuring efficient data management and application performance.
Apply clean code principles, design patterns, and development standards.
Use Git-based version control practices to manage code changes effectively.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Support modernization initiatives, system improvements, and technology evolution projects.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a software developer with solid experience in Java development and a strong understanding of modern application architecture. The role requires technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in complex environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Professional experience with Java development.
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
Knowledge of frontend development using React.
Experience working with Oracle databases.
Experience creating and consuming REST APIs.
Knowledge of Git and software versioning practices.
Understanding of clean code principles and software design patterns.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to software quality.
Nice-to-have skills:
Previous experience with industrial or logistics systems.
