Accountabilities: The Desenvolvedor de Software Python - Pleno will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving backend solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and code quality. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining RESTful services and APIs using Python, TypeScript (Node.js), or Go.

Designing, implementing, and optimizing relational databases to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity.

Writing efficient SQL queries, including optimization of joins, subqueries, indexing, and execution plans.

Applying software development best practices, including Clean Code and SOLID principles.

Creating and maintaining automated tests, including unit and integration tests.

Collaborating with development teams to evolve software architecture and improve engineering processes.

Producing high-quality software deliverables aligned with squad objectives.

Participating in technical discussions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Using version control and CI/CD practices to support efficient software delivery.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a backend developer with solid programming experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to building high-quality software solutions. Required qualifications and skills include:

Bachelor’s degree, technology degree, or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology or related fields.

Proven experience working as a Mid-Level Backend Developer.

Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, TypeScript (Node.js), or Go (Golang).

Solid knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Experience creating and optimizing SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, indexing, and query execution analysis.

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of software engineering best practices and clean architecture principles.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience or knowledge of Go (Golang), especially in environments where the language is widely used.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.

Experience with Docker and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
