Desenvolvedor(a) Java Pleno/Senior

Accountabilities: Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring, REST APIs, and modern software architecture principles.

Contribute to technical planning and architectural decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Develop and maintain microservices and API integrations with internal systems and external partners.

Apply best practices for version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, promoting continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.

Work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Serve as a technical mentor and reference point for the development team, fostering engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Technologist degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Solid professional experience with Java development and modern backend architecture.

Advanced knowledge of Spring Framework, REST APIs, JWT authentication, and microservices architecture.

Strong experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.

Proficiency with Git, Maven, Docker, and CI/CD practices.

Experience with messaging technologies such as JMS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

Familiarity with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of Clean Code principles, Design Patterns, and Agile development methodologies.

Intermediate English communication skills.

Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and technical leadership abilities.
