Data Product Manager (Derivatives)

Accountabilities Design and develop data-driven trading insights and user experiences to improve engagement, conversion, and overall product performance.

Analyze trading activity, user behavior, and product data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend feature improvements.

Support the development and execution of product strategies through data analysis and business insights.

Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives effectively.

Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and optimize product experiences.

Monitor product performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance usability and business outcomes.

Translate complex data findings into clear insights that support product decisions and strategic priorities.

Participate in cross-functional projects that improve trading experiences and platform capabilities.

Requirements

Current university student or recent graduate interested in product management, data analytics, fintech, or digital assets.

Basic understanding of trading data, with experience or interest in stock markets or cryptocurrency trading considered a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.

Experience or academic background in statistics, user research, data analysis, business intelligence, project management, or product management is preferred.

Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and ability to connect data insights with product improvements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin are required to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.

Strong curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and passion for technology and emerging financial products.
