Accountabilities: As a Data Analyst supporting the Credit domain, you will serve as a strategic analytics partner by building data solutions, uncovering insights, and helping teams make informed product decisions. Own analytics initiatives for credit products, supporting the full product lifecycle from feature launches and rollout monitoring to long-term product performance analysis. Design, develop, and maintain dbt models with a focus on scalability, performance, and the specific requirements of credit-related data. Build dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights into product performance and portfolio health. Analyze data to answer key product and business questions beyond standard reporting needs. Support experimentation initiatives and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the credit portfolio. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize impactful projects, and connect analytical work to business outcomes. Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through data exploration and analysis. Contribute to team practices through code reviews, peer feedback, documentation, and continuous improvement of analytics standards. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a data professional with strong analytical foundations, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across teams. Approximately 3 years of experience in a data analytics or related role. Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt, which are essential foundations for this position. Experience designing data models, analytics workflows, and reporting solutions. Familiarity with Git workflows, including branching strategies, clear commits, and constructive pull request reviews. Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and adapt messaging to different audiences. Strong curiosity about the business context behind data and how analytics can influence product decisions. Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Experience with credit, lending, consumer finance, or fintech data is a strong asset. Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, Redshift, or dbt certifications is considered an advantage. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $130,000 CAD per year .
