Accountabilities: Design, develop, and manage a variety of digital advertising assets, including static, animated, HTML5, GIF, responsive, interactive, dynamic, geo-targeted, print, and out-of-home (OOH) banners.

Analyze client requirements to identify missing information, clarify specifications, and ensure campaign deliverables meet business expectations.

Review creative outputs for quality, accuracy, and compliance before final delivery to stakeholders.

Collaborate with project managers, internal teams, and international clients through calls, email, and chat to manage requests, resolve issues, and ensure timely project execution.

Support campaign management activities by monitoring workloads, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining high production standards.

Assist in leading and mentoring team members by providing training, conducting quality reviews, and serving as a backup for team leads when required.

Contribute creative ideas, solve production challenges, and deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic production environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in Fine Arts or a related field is an advantage.

3–5 years of professional experience in campaign management, digital creative production, or banner development.

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools.

Hands-on experience creating animated banners with HTML5 and CSS; knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage.

Familiarity with digital campaign platforms such as Google Campaign Manager (DCM), Sizmek, or similar advertising technologies is preferred.

Experience with Google Web Designer and video editing tools is considered a plus.

Strong understanding of graphic production processes, quality assurance, and digital asset management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.

Leadership experience, including mentoring team members, reviewing deliverables, and supporting day-to-day operational activities, is desirable.

Willingness to work primarily in Australia/APAC business hours and adapt to different shifts when required.
