Accountabilities: Manage a large SMB territory of 2,000+ nonprofit accounts, driving outbound and inbound engagement to generate qualified sales meetings. Execute high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, maintaining consistent daily activity and structured campaign execution. Identify and act on buying signals such as hiring changes, fundraising initiatives, or content engagement to trigger timely outreach. Book and own qualified meetings, ensuring strong pre-meeting follow-up, reminders, and re-engagement to maximize attendance and conversion. Respond quickly to inbound intent signals from webinars, downloads, and website activity to convert warm leads into sales opportunities. Apply scalable personalization techniques to tailor messaging efficiently across a large account base. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure pipeline quality, meeting qualification standards, and smooth handoffs. Requirements: 1–3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, outbound prospecting, or a similar high-volume customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred but not required). Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions in a concise and engaging way. Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach environments with resilience, consistency, and strong time management. Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet or exceed performance targets. Comfortable working with structured sales processes, CRM tools, and multi-channel outreach strategies. Coachable and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and iterate based on performance data and feedback. Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI tools as part of daily workflow to improve productivity and effectiveness.
