Audio Visual Project Manager

Accountabilities: The Audio Visual Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of audiovisual solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and operational standards.

Manage multiple client projects or groups of related projects throughout their full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and delivery plans to ensure successful completion of assigned initiatives.

Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scopes, charters, schedules, and other required lifecycle materials.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies when required.

Manage changes related to project scope, timelines, costs, and quality while maintaining alignment with client expectations.

Act as the primary client contact for project-related questions, communication, updates, and implementation coordination.

Provide clear project status updates to internal teams, clients, executives, and other stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and post-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate service handoff activities and ensure all project documentation is completed and accessible for ongoing support.

Maintain strong client relationships by delivering a professional, transparent, and customer-focused project experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with strong client-facing skills, excellent organization abilities, and experience delivering technology-focused solutions.

3+ years of experience managing client-facing projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, and best practices.

Experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Ability to analyze project challenges, assess risks, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across different levels of an organization.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Post-secondary diploma or equivalent professional experience.

PMP certification is considered an asset.

Bilingual English/French skills are strongly preferred.
