Accountabilities: The Associate Director, Product Experience will drive the optimization and evolution of digital experiences by combining UX strategy, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will focus on improving user journeys, identifying opportunities for innovation, and ensuring digital products remain intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs. Own the optimization, testing, and quality assurance of core digital experiences, including landing pages, application journeys, and engagement tools. Identify experience gaps and improvement opportunities while ensuring alignment with UX standards and user-centered principles. Develop and execute A/B testing strategies, including defining hypotheses, creating experience variations, and measuring success criteria. Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to translate insights into implemented and measurable improvements. Analyze end-to-end user journeys across digital platforms, CRM channels, and engagement touchpoints to identify friction points and optimization opportunities. Develop personalization opportunities based on user behavior, intent signals, lifecycle stages, and engagement data. Support the creation and execution of personalization strategies, pilots, and scalable experience improvements. Leverage analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting to monitor experience health and recommend prioritized actions. Define and track UX and product performance metrics, KPIs, and success indicators in collaboration with UX leadership. Conduct competitive research, technology reviews, and experience audits to identify innovation opportunities. Contribute to product experience roadmaps by bringing forward ideas informed by research, behavioral insights, and emerging technologies. Support AI-driven and innovative digital initiatives by ensuring experiences remain user-centered, measurable, and aligned with customer journeys. Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive experiences across digital products. Provide leadership through expertise, influence, and collaboration with designers and cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong experience in digital product experiences, UX strategy, personalization, and analytics-driven optimization. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to influence teams across complex digital ecosystems. Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital experience, product strategy, personalization, UX, or innovation-focused roles. Proven ability to shape user-facing products and end-to-end journeys beyond simple optimization efforts. Experience collaborating with CRM and marketing automation teams, including familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce and lifecycle journey management. Strong understanding of segmentation, user signals, behavioral data, and personalization strategies. Experience defining KPIs, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable product recommendations. Strong foundation in human-centered design, journey mapping, and experience strategy. Ability to operationalize UX strategies across web, CRM, enrollment, and digital product experiences. Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG, responsive design principles, and scalable content structures. Experience collaborating within design systems and shared UX frameworks. Exposure to AI-powered experiences, personalization technologies, or emerging digital solutions is preferred. Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence product, technology, marketing, and data teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex experience and analytics concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work remotely with occasional travel requirements of up to 10%.
