Architecture Manager
Accountabilities: As an Architecture Manager , you will be responsible for defining technical direction, ensuring architectural consistency, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. You will act as a strategic technology partner, balancing business objectives with scalable and secure engineering practices.
Define, implement, and govern architecture standards, principles, and best practices across multiple projects and engineering teams.
Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring technology decisions align with business goals and long-term strategy.
Lead API-first integration strategies, designing scalable, secure, and efficient connections between enterprise systems.
Drive cloud architecture decisions, including Azure-based hosting strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
Promote CI/CD adoption, automation practices, and modern DevOps approaches to improve software delivery processes.
Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
Identify architectural risks, ensure compliance with security and quality standards, and promote maintainable system designs.
Mentor architects and senior engineers, encouraging technical growth, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Support teams in solving complex technical challenges and making informed architectural decisions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering practices and technology platforms.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced architecture leader with strong software engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, distributed environments.
Proven experience in a leadership role such as Architecture Manager, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Lead.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET and modern software architecture principles.
Solid expertise in API integration and API-first design approaches.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
Experience with Azure hosting and cloud-based architecture solutions.
Ability to balance technical strategy with business requirements and organizational goals.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural environments.
Strong leadership abilities, including mentoring and developing technical professionals.
Comfortable managing ambiguity, evolving priorities, and complex decision-making processes.
