Accountabilities:
Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and stability of software releases.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for web applications.
Perform manual and automated regression testing to identify defects and validate product functionality.
Manage bug lifecycle activities, including reporting, tracking, prioritization, and validation of fixes.
Analyze logs and system behaviors to support root cause investigations and quality improvements.
Participate actively in quality initiatives, promoting best practices and contributing to the evolution of testing processes.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation frameworks, testing strategies, and overall software quality.
Share knowledge and mentor team members, fostering a strong quality culture across engineering teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, Software Testing, or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework for creating and maintaining automated test scenarios.
Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, quality processes, and test automation best practices.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git .
Familiarity with modern web automation frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright is considered a strong advantage.
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze application logs and technical information.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to different audiences.
Systemic thinking, accountability, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience collaborating in agile and cross-functional environments, with a strong focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing.
