Our client is defining a new category of technology—the Agentic Data Plane (ADP)—which securely connects AI agents with enterprise data and systems. Built on a multi-modal data streaming engine, their platform empowers real-time, autonomous agentic applications for a global roster of enterprise clients (including tech giants, major telecom providers, and top-tier U.S. banks). Backed by tier-one venture capital firms, this is a diverse, people-first, and fully distributed global organization. Our client is looking for a Software Engineer to own customer-facing interfaces and cloud marketplace integrations within a newly established team based in Warsaw. In this role, you will work across user onboarding (sign-up/sign-in), account management, and major cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, GCP, and Azure). With guidance and support from senior engineers, you will take charge of well-scoped technical components, gradually scaling your impact toward full end-to-end ownership. You will also help evolve the organization management aspects of our client's customer-facing frontend, collaborating with UX designers and leveraging advanced AI tooling. As you ramp up on the existing architecture, you will play a key role in advancing these systems to ensure customers enjoy a seamless, high-confidence experience. The Role: You will join a small, cross-functional, and newly formed Cloud engineering team operating out of our client's Warsaw office. This team is responsible for the core services powering the customer-facing journeys at the heart of our client's Cloud platform. Specifically, the team owns the foundational workflows that dictate how customers register, manage accounts, and pay for services, including: Identity & Access: Registration, sign-up, and sign-in journeys. Account Management: Core user, team, and organization administration. Usage-Based Billing (UBB): Metering and billing orchestration via Metronome. Payment Processing: Credit card management for self-service users via Stripe. Cloud Marketplaces: Integrations with AWS, GCP, and Azure for UBB, alongside public and private offers (with more platforms planned). The team is currently transitioning ownership of these components from legacy teams, absorbing the current systems, and establishing a roadmap focused on customer trust and operational stability. This cross-functional unit works closely with design, product management, and finance. Our client hires for a complementary mix of skills across the entire team rather than expecting every individual to possess every single skill. Additionally, the organization actively leverages advanced AI tooling and workflows to optimize daily engineering and delivery workflows. Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and own both backend and frontend components for customer-facing journeys, including onboarding, account administration, and billing interfaces. Proactively ensure that services are properly patched, maintained, and running smoothly in production. Contribute to and gradually scale your ownership of cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, GCP, and Azure), including public and private offers. Implement, test, and operate well-scoped backend services and third-party integrations. Assist in adopting existing infrastructure from other engineering teams—learning the systems, creating documentation, and improving their overall reliability. Write clear, well-tested, and highly observable code that upholds data security and customer privacy, utilizing modern AI tooling to accelerate development. Participate in the team's on-call rotation after an initial ramp-up period. Requirements: Solid software engineering fundamentals and a proven track record of developing, delivering, and reliably operating product features or components. Working backend proficiency in Go, alongside a foundational understanding of public cloud infrastructure (at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure). Frontend familiarity, with the comfort level required to build and maintain customer-facing web UIs (React / TypeScript or similar) supported by UX designers and AI generation tools. Production experience utilizing AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot/Codex) to accelerate prototyping, code delivery, and operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration in a globally distributed, asynchronous environment alongside product, design, finance, and commercial stakeholders. Strong Pulses: Direct experience with cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure). Strong frontend depth in React and TypeScript for customer-facing UI development. Experience building or owning identity, authentication, sign-up/login flows, or managing third-party Identity Provider (IdP) integrations. Exposure to SaaS billing and payment platforms such as Metronome or Stripe. Nice to have: Experience building, operating, or scaling production-grade SaaS platforms. Prior experience utilizing streaming data platforms or data infrastructure tools as a user or provider.
