Senior Liquidity & Fixed Income Fund Manager
About the Role Investia Capital Group (ICG) is seeking a Senior Liquidity & Fixed Income Fund Manager to lead the management of liquidity, money-market, and fixed-income portfolios across Investia’s investment funds and structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in investment and portfolio management , with experience gained within an asset management company, investment firm, or bank treasury/investment function . This role requires hands-on experience making investment decisions and managing institutional portfolios. It is not a corporate treasury, accounting, audit, or finance-control position .
Key Responsibilities Manage liquidity and investment portfolios across Investia’s funds and investment structures.
Develop and execute investment strategies across treasury bills, government securities, money-market instruments, bank deposits, and fixed-income securities .
Balance portfolio liquidity, capital preservation, yield, duration, and risk .
Monitor interest rates, market conditions, yield curves, and investment opportunities.
Make asset-allocation, duration, maturity, and investment decisions.
Evaluate banks, NBFIs, issuers, and other counterparties from a credit and investment perspective.
Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity, concentration, and risk.
Participate in the development and management of specialized investment funds and new investment structures.
Contribute to investment opportunities involving precious metals, commodities, and NBFI financing structures .
Work closely with custodians, fund administrators, compliance teams, investment teams, banks, and other financial-market participants.
Support the development of investment strategies and frameworks for new funds.
Requirements 15+ years of relevant financial-markets experience , with 20+ years preferred .
Proven track record in direct investment decision-making and portfolio management .

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
Preferred Profile We are looking for a senior investment professional who combines deep market experience with strong commercial judgment and adaptability . The ideal candidate: Has managed actual investment portfolios rather than only supporting investment activities.
Can independently assess investment opportunities and make portfolio decisions.
Understands the balance between yield, liquidity, capital preservation, and risk .
Is comfortable evaluating new investment products and structures.
Has an interest in commodities, precious metals, and NBFI-related investment opportunities .
Is motivated to contribute to building new funds rather than simply managing an existing portfolio.
Important Note Candidates whose experience is primarily in accounting, auditing, financial control, corporate finance, FP&A, or general corporate treasury without direct investment-portfolio responsibility will not be considered a fit. The ideal candidate is an experienced Fixed Income / Money Market / Liquidity investment professional with the potential to take a leading role in managing Investia’s investment funds.
