Business Development Intern

Job Description: The Business Development Intern for our Marketplace will identify and recruit vendors — kids' brands, activity providers, and childcare suppliers — to join the iCare Kids Marketplace. You'll research potential partners, reach out, pitch the value of joining, and help onboard them onto the platform, growing the network available to our nursery clients.

The intern will learn: How to build and grow a two-sided marketplace, source and pitch partners, negotiate partnership terms, run outreach campaigns, and track a business-development pipeline from lead to signed partner.

Strong communication and persuasion skills in Arabic and English

Comfortable with cold outreach to businesses and building relationships

Curious, self-driven, and organized

Interested in partnerships, business development, or marketplaces

Studying or graduated in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Any experience in sales, outreach, or partnerships is a plus
