💰 Salary & Benefits

⏰ Working Hours

🕒 12-hour shifts Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Shift Pattern:

1. Group 1: Work Sun – Tue + Alternate Wednesday
2. Group 2: Work Alternate Wednesday + Thu – Sat

📋 Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• ✅ Plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth daily operations.
• ✅ Monitor team productivity and ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved.
• ✅ Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch.
• ✅ Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancy investigations.
• ✅ Ensure accurate documentation (GRN, ASN, Delivery Orders, Pick Lists).
• ✅ Prevent inventory loss through proper warehouse controls and processes.
• ✅ Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety.
• ✅ Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence.
• ✅ Ensure warehouse equipment (RF scanners, MHE, printers) is properly maintained and utilised.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management .
• ✔ Previous experience leading a warehouse or logistics operations team.
• ✔ Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS systems.
• ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ✔ Able to commit to rotating 12-hour shifts.
