Our client is a specialized engineering entity within a leading construction group, focused on sustainable infrastructure in water, energy, and hydrogen. As an Electro-Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will oversee the full lifecycle of piping and mechanical scopes-from design to commissioning-ensuring delivery meets technical, budget, and quality standards in a dynamic, project-based environment.

As a Site Supervisor Piping & Mechanical Engineer your responsibilities are:
- Coordinate piping design and ensure technical compliance
- Identify clashes and propose technical solutions
- Manage RFQs and evaluate supplier offers
- Oversee procurement and supplier follow-up
- Supervise on-site installation and mechanical works
- Ensure QA/QC compliance and resolve non-conformities
- Monitor planning, costs, risks, and contractual variations
- Support commissioning and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
A successful Site Supervisor Piping & Mechanical Engineer should have:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10+ years in piping/mechanical project environments
- Strong technical knowledge of piping systems & equipment
- Exposure to EPC, construction or industrial projects
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, electrical & instrumentation
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a big plus)
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder skills
