Financial Controller - Brussels

Jobomschrijving

• Prepare and analysefinancial statements for the Group and subsidiaries.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain strong financial controls and reporting processes.
• Provide insights on performance, trends and key KPIs.
• SupportGroup consolidation in line with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with localfinance teams and accountants.
• Identifyfinancial risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles.
• Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
• Assistaudits, regulatory compliance and process improvements.
• Master's degree in Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience (accounting, reporting, consolidation)
• Fluent in English and French , Dutch is a big asset
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proactive, hands-on attitude
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
