What We Offer

Air-conditioned facility — because Arizona is no joke

$20.00–$24.00/hr based on experience with weekly pay

Monday- Friday 2:00pm–10:30pm

Paid holidays

Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)

All tools and equipment provided

Shifts Available

1st Shift: 5:30am – 2:00pm

2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

The Role The Press Brake Operator is responsible for the daily operation of press brakes — setup, bending material to spec, basic maintenance, and keeping equipment clean and running safely.

Responsibilities

Daily operation of press brake from pre-set programs with minor adjustments for material variations

Basic setup and loading of tools

Form parts per specifications to meet quality and production goals

Maintain and clean equipment regularly

TRUMPF press brake experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment

Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, protractor)

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision

Self-motivated and responsive to production requirements

Team player who puts the group's success first

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Must be 18 or older

2 years of fabrication experience preferred

2 years of CNC press brake operation preferred
