Guest Experience Supervisor (Part-Time)
About the Position
The Golden State Warriors are looking for Supervisors to assist the Guest Experiences team during Chase Center events. In this role, you will provide a safe and guest friendly environment for each event at Chase Center. Additionally, Supervisors will actively lead and assist team members (Ticket Takers, Ushers, Guest Experiences Representatives, Concierges, and Elevator Operators). This position reports to the Director, Guest Experience Operations.

This is a part-time position based in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and assist team members on event days to ensure service standards are consistently met
Brief team members on venue policies, event procedures, and guest service goals prior to start of shift
Respond to calls during events and make informed decisions regarding arena and guest experience relations policies
Assign and coordinate breaks for all Guest Experiences team members
Assisting with inventory, event day preparation, administrative duties and day-to day tasks
Train and teach team members on guest experience related information
Monitor guest flow and identify any maintenance or safety concerns immediately to ensure a safe environment
Ensure all guest feedback, medical incidents, or facility issues are recorded with accurate detail for management review
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
Strong leadership skills and the desire to work on a team
Ability to remain professional in a high-pressure environment, including during emergencies
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable form of transportation
Physical Demands
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 lbs.
Time Commitment
Maintain availability for at least 60% of all year-round events held at Chase Center to include regular-season home games for both the Golden State Warriors (NBA) and Golden State Valkyries (WNBA), including potential post-season assignments; work shifts are typically 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Ability to work a non-traditional hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the year; while consistent availability is required, part-time status does not guarantee a scheduled shift for every individual event
Serve as a representative for the Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries, or Thrive City at off-site activations as assigned; staffing is based on individual availability and may require specialized uniforms and support for event setup and breakdown
Compensation
$27.58 Per Hour
