What You'll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 collections professionals

Manage day-to-day collections operations in a fast-paced legal environment

Partner closely with attorneys, partners, and firm leadership to resolve collection issues and improve recovery efforts

Handle escalated collection matters and complex client situations

Monitor aging reports, portfolio performance, and collection trends

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delinquency

Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, and Finance teams to ensure timely resolution of billing-related issues

Produce reporting and provide insights to leadership regarding collections performance and portfolio risk

Support a culture of accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement

What They're Looking For: 5+ years of collections and/or accounts receivable experience

5+ years of leadership experience managing collections teams

Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is required

Proven ability to manage collections in a high-volume environment

Strong experience working directly with attorneys, partners, and executive leadership

Experience improving collection performance, reducing aging, and driving cash flow improvements

Strong Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis

Experience with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar legal financial systems is highly preferred

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
