Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the project Quality Management System (QMS).

Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Prepare audit plans, audit reports, findings, and follow-up actions.

Conduct internal and external quality audits to assess compliance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Ensure project processes are implemented in accordance with approved procedures, quality policies, and applicable standards.

Monitor and control Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions.

Monitor processes and KPIs to identify trends, weaknesses, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Ensure that lessons learned are captured, documented, communicated, and incorporated into project processes.

Coordinate with project management and other departments to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements.

Provide guidance, training, and awareness sessions regarding quality policies, procedures, and QMS requirements.

Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure of observations and non-conformities.

Bachelor’s degree in quality management, or a related field.

5-7 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the construction industry.

Strong experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 requirements and quality management principles, preferably lead auditor holders.

Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA and risk management.
