Senior Quantity Surveyor (Rail) Client - Rail Contractor Contract dates - October 2026 - August 2027 IR35 status - outside Day Rate - £450 - £500 Location - Wiltshire - 3 days in the office Responsibilities will include: Providing a dedicated and professional pre and post contract commercial management service Ensuring projects are successfully delivered within cost and time constraints Assisting with commercial management of various work packages such as: Design, Installation, Test & Commission, Materials, Telecoms, Electrification, Power, Plant, Professional Services, Civil Engineering and Permanent Way Providing contractual and commercial support to Project Managers and Engineering Essential requirements: Substantial Senior Quantity Surveyor experience Rail contracting background Degree qualified or equivalent Strong track record in a contractor side, project environment
