Restructuring Associate (2-3 PQE)

The Fried Frank London office are currently recruiting for a Restructuring Associate (2-3 PQE / Class of 2022-2023). The successful Associate will work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers. They will engage in cross-border and UK restructurings across various industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and execution of restructuring projects.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies.

Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting restructurings.

Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Required skills:

2-3 PQE (Class of 2022-2023) with relevant experience in restructuring or finance.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.

Knowledge of cross-border and U.K. restructuring processes.
