About The Role
Sample & Showroom Coordinator Job Responsibilities :
Own the sample library end-to-end - keep it organized, cataloged, and always current
Manage sample reorders, track inventory levels, and initiate/ put away replenishments
Catalog new product launches promptly and accurately so new arrivals are accessible from day one
Serve as the go-to contact for client sample outreach - availability updates, and following up on outstanding requests
Handle sample pulls in the showroom for both clients and the sales team
Manage general showroom supply ordering and keep stock levels consistent
Work closely with the Sales Manager and Showroom Operations & Merchandising Specialist to refine back-of-house workflows and improve day-to-day flow
Maintain the showroom floor, including hanging new product and pulling discontinued items as needed
Deliver a client experience that lives up to the Schumacher name
Stay curious - keep growing your knowledge of interior design and current FSCO brand collections
Sample & Showroom Coordinator Job Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in a retail, showroom, or operations environment
Seriously organized - you build systems, not just follow them
Self-motivated and proactive; you see what needs to happen and make it happen
Strong follow-through and accountability - you own tasks from start to finish
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for client outreach
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the luxury interior design industry
Proficiency in MS Windows and Office Suite
Able to do some lifting (20–50 lbs max)
A good eye for detail and a positive attitude
