Your mission
What you'll do
Design high-quality static and animated social media graphics across @euroleague socials and digital platforms.
Create reactive content during live games, breaking news, transfers, milestones and league moments.
Develop campaign creatives for season launches, Playoffs, Final Four and commercial partnerships.
Collaborate with social media managers, photographers and videographers to bring creative concepts to life.
Maintain and evolve EuroLeague's premium visual identity across all touchpoints.
Contribute creative ideas for content series, campaigns and fan engagement.
Help push the visual quality of basketball content beyond industry standards.
Your profile
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years of experience designing within sports, preferably for:
Professional sports leagues Clubs
Sports media companies
Creative agencies working with sports
Has a portfolio demonstrating social-first creative work.
Understands basketball culture and sports storytelling.
Can work at high speed while maintaining quality.
Is highly creative and proactive.
Feels comfortable working in a fast-paced live environment.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Can manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Enjoys collaborating but can also work independently.
Stays on top of design trends, sports culture and social media best practices.
Has availability to work flexibly around the game schedule, including evenings and weekends during live games and major events like the Final Four.
Preferred Competencies
Experience with motion design and short-form animated content.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual storytelling.

Requirements
Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
EU nationality or a valid Spanish work/residency permit.
Willing to travel across the EU (10–15%).
Genuine passion for sports; prior experience in a sports-related role is a plus.
Available to work game nights on a rotating basis with the team.
