The Core Responsibilities! Act as the subject matter expert on Reverse Mortgages    Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth in the Reverse Mortgage business    Lead, coach, and develop the national broker-facing Reverse Mortgage sales team  Execute regional sales plans and drive broker acquisition, activation, and retention  Own the training strategy and education of brokers on reverse mortgage solutions  Define and analyze metrics that inform the team of issues and opportunities to improve key metrics  Partner with Marketing to deliver broker-facing campaigns and initiatives  Ensure strong deployment and adoption of reverse mortgage solutions across the broker channel  Collaborate with Regional Directors to maximize territory coverage and broker engagement  Work closely with SFR Sales to drive cross-sell and increase product penetration  Monitor performance, pipeline quality, and conversion effectiveness  Foster an accountable and collaborative culture and demonstrates a strong ability for developing others to ensure sales and persistency goals are achieved or exceeded  Build strong relationships with key broker partners and industry stakeholders  Align with Regional Directors on market execution priorities  Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement    Accountability: Drive national growth in the broker-facing Reverse Mortgage channel  Increase penetration and adoption within the broker network  Deliver effective training, marketing alignment, and product deployment  Maximize collaboration with Regional Directors and SFR Sales teams  Deliver the leading experience for Canadian retirees seeking to obtain a reverse mortgage  Grow Equitable Bank’s position as the leading reverse mortgage product in the Canadian mortgage broker channel  Maintain standards of delivering a top-tier customer experience that embodies Equitable Bank’s position on Compliance and Seniors Code of Conduct topics  Ensure that new ideas are being continuously sourced, organized and nurtured for testing in-market.  Evolving fast with those which are valuable and dropping those which aren’t  Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven track record of developing relationships and maturity to interact with Senior Executives  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate on a broad spectrum (from deep technical discussions to high-level executive vision)  Ability to prioritize assignments, projects and handle multiple competing priorities (multi-tasking) within restricted time constraints  Problem solver with sound judgment who takes initiative, accepts ownership and accountability Let's Talk About You!
