About the Opportunity

In similar roles, individuals support the efficient movement, storage, tracking, and handling of materials, contributing to high-quality operational delivery.
How You Will Make an Impact
Support day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations
Safely move materials using manual handling methods and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
Manage shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete system transactions
Assist with cycle counts and periodic physical inventory activities
Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments and deliveries
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure compliance
Maintain a safe working environment aligned with company policies and procedures
Work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative independently
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain organisation and housekeeping standards (5S) across operational areas
Escalate operational issues or non-compliance in a timely and effective manner
Provide a high standard of internal customer service
For more experienced profiles, there may also be opportunities to:
Support coordination of daily activities and workload priorities
Provide guidance and support to team members during shifts
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
Act as a point of contact for operational queries and escalations
What You Will Need to Succeed
Valid driver’s licence (where required)
Interest in logistics, warehouse, or operational roles
Ability to work in a physically active environment, including lifting and moving materials
Basic IT literacy (e.g. handheld devices, tablets, or inventory systems)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach
Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Understanding of workplace safety practices
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or operational environments
Familiarity with inventory management or material handling processes
Experience using warehouse systems or tracking tools
Forklift or material handling equipment experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
For more senior-level consideration: prior leadership or supervisory experience
