Job Title: Test Automation Developer Key Skills: Python, Linux, Kubernetes Location: Brazil Mode: Remote We at Coforge are hiring Test Automation Developer with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities
Analyze requirements, create test plans and test cases, execute functional/exploratory tests;
Automate tests through use of test automation tools and through code development;
Interact with Software Development team in order to complete ticket cycles;
Analyze system and applications and propose test strategy;
Participate in technical discussions with customer;
Coordinate with development team to drive product quality;
Report/Monitor/Verify issues in defect tracking tool (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc);
Perform regression tests to validate fixes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Python for testing;
Experience with Kubernetes and containers;
Knowledge of creating scripts using automated testing tools;
Experience working on Linux platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience developing test cases/plans and ability to analyze code to identify root cause of issues;
Experience working with testing tools: Pytest Framework / Cypress;
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum / Kanban environment.
