Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our Engineering and Project Execution Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Technical Office activities related to mechanical systems, ensuring accurate preparation of shop drawings, technical submittals, project documentation, and coordination with project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in Technical Office works, with strong expertise in preparing shop drawings, reviewing project specifications, following up on project schedules, and handling all technical office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

Handle all Technical Office activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and submit technical submittals, material submittals, and method statements.

Review project specifications, contract documents, drawings, and BOQs.

Follow up on project schedules and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams regarding technical matters.

Prepare quantity take-offs and material requests for mechanical works.

Review and resolve design conflicts through coordination with Architectural, Structural, and Electrical disciplines.

Prepare as-built drawings and final project documentation.

Provide technical support and engineering solutions throughout project execution.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, company standards, and client requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

7–10 years of proven experience in Technical Office Mechanical works.

Strong experience in preparing and developing shop drawings.

Proven experience in handling all Technical Office activities, including technical submittals, specification reviews, and project schedule follow-up.

Solid knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordination, and engineering standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.

Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
